Once you place an order, we will choose to accept it or not and will check your card details and address. If we are satisfied with the legitimacy of those details, we will take payment from your card.
Goods are subject to availability, the status of which is constantly updated. If we are unable to supply the goods ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a suitable alternative offered. If the alternative is deemed unsuitable, a full refund will be given if you have already paid for the goods.
It is vitally important that you provide a correct and operational email address as order status will be acknowledged and updated via this address. An acknowledgement email does not consitute either a confirmation of the order or acceptance by us of the order.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, we will then have entered into a contract, regardless of whether we have debited moneys from your card or sent an acknowledgement email.
By registering your details on our web site during the order process, you accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and preventing unauthorized access to your account. You also agree to accept responsibility all activities that occur under your account login. Please take all necessary steps to keep your login information confidential and inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that the aforementioned confidentiality has been compromised.
Please ensure that any details provided during registration are correct and complete, and inform us immediately or update and changes to those details (e.g. change of email or postal address). You can access and update your registration details by logging into the site, and selecting ‘Update Account’ from the ‘Dashboard’ area.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or any name that you are not authorized to use.
Products are priced and invoiced in Pounds Sterling, including any applicable taxes at the prevailing rate.
We try to ensure pricing details on our web site are accurate but errors may occur. Should we discover any errors in the pricing of any item you may have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will then have the option of either reconfirming the order at the correct pricing or cancelling the order in it’s entirety. If we are unable to contact you with a reasonable time-scale, we will treat your order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
We reserve the right to update prices displayed on our web site from time to time and without prior notification
Payment for items which you order online is to be made via the payment methods accepted by the PayPal payment service only. We cannot accept cheques or cash as payment online.
We do not store any payment details on our web site. These details will only be taken once you have been transferred to the PayPal Payment Gateway.
Security and validity of payment details are checked and authorized by PayPal. We cannot be held responsible for the refusal of any transaction by PayPal using the details provided.
If we believe that payment details are being used in a fraudulent or otherwise illegal manner we reserve no right to immediately inform relevant authorities.
Standard ‘Free’ UK delivery is via the Royal Mail 2nd Class Packet service. Under normal circumstances, Royal Mail 2nd Class packets will be delivered within 3 working days. We are not responsible for any delays introduced by Royal Mail to the standard delivery service.
Express Next Working Day delivery will be provided via a courier of our choice. A signature WILL BE REQUIRED at point of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in Next Working day delivery if no-one was available to provide a signature.
If a delivery is accepted and signed for by a third party and not the individual placing the order, we cannot be held responsible for any alleged loss, delay or damage of the order.
Items ordered on this web site are dispatched on working days only (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed on this web site are governed by The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns are only accepted if goods are damaged. You MUST inform us within 24 hours of receipt by either email or phone. We may request that you return the damaged item(s) to us or provide photographic evidence of the damage if return is not a viable option without further deterioration. All returned goods must be accompanied by the delivery slip that accompanied the original consignment.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds on any item(s) that are inadequately packed on their return.
In the case of damaged, faulty or incorrect goods, a receipt for the return postage should be included within the package for the cost to be refunded.
None of the above terms affect your statutory rights if goods are damaged or incorrectly supplied. Nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
