Somerdale Double Gloucester forms part of our traditional English Territorial cheese range.
It’s a wonderful and quintessentially English, semi-hard cheese, with a distinctive orange colouring.
Made from whole milk, Double Gloucester has a reasonably strong and savoury taste with a smooth texture.
This cheese has been made since the 16th Century, originally using milk solely from Gloucester cows, which are now a protected species.
Somerdale double Gloucester is shipped worldwide in cases of a single 3kg waxed deli wheel or in 12 x 200g retail portions.
