White Lake Rachel Goats Cheese

White Lake is a small, multi-award winning, artisan cheese producer based near Glastonbury in the heart of Somerset. Milk is sourced from local herds and the cheese is made in small batches in a truly artisan way.

White Lake’s multi-award winning Rachel is a semi-soft goat cheese with a smooth texture and sweet, medium flavour.

As it matures, the cheese is washed regularly in a brine solution – this gives the artisan cheese a dusky rind, and the occasional orange and yellow spots.
