Some of the most famous and popular cheeses in the world originated in England, such as Cheddar, Double Gloucester, Red Leicester, Cheshire and Wensleydale.

Crafted to a traditional farm recipe, Red Lion is a mature English cheddar with a rich, rounded flavour and a satisfying kick.
Full of character and depth, it’s a versatile cheddar that’s just as enjoyable on its own as it is melted into your favourite dishes.

Somerdale Red Cheshire
Originating from the North West of England, Red Cheshire is a hard-pressed cheese with an open, crumbly texture and a history dating back to the 11th century, making it one of Britain’s oldest recorded cheeses.
It has a clean, sharp flavour with a slightly tangy finish and works beautifully alongside fruit, crackers and chutney. Red Cheshire also melts well, making it a great choice for cooking.
