We caught up with our new East Coast Sales Manager, Alison Velasco, to find out how she enjoys Sweet Red Grass Fed.
“This is a cheese that works just as well on a cheeseboard as a grilled cheese sandwich. It’s a perfect picnic selection for late-summer days. Pair it with green grapes, sweet-tart apple slices or a spoonful of chutney to emphasize the sweet, rounded flavor, or pickled red onion for a more savory option. It melts beautifully on a burger, but I have to confess my favorite culinary usage is in Pimiento Cheese! (My secret is to mix it 50/50 with Barbers 1833 Vintage Reserve.)”
