Cave Aged Farmhouse Cheddar is a rich and robust cheddar with distinctive earthy and nutty notes developed during the maturation process.

Firm in texture and cream in colour, it delivers a complex flavour profile with sweet, savoury and slightly earthy character balanced throughout.

Please note that this cheese is not suitable for vegetarians as it uses traditional animal rennet.
