Somerdale White Stilton Blends
Like Blue Stilton®, its more famous partner, White Stilton® has been awarded Protected Designation of Origin status. As such it can only be made within a small region of central England, and to a very specific recipe.
This delicious range pairs creamy White Stilton® with delicious juicy fruits. The resulting cheese is perfect crumbled over a salad or on ginger crackers as an after dinner treat. They can also be enjoyed with a glass of bubbly or a fruity ale!
The range includes:White Stilton with Mango & Ginger
Somerdale White Stilton with Mango and Ginger combines the finest White Stilton cheese with pieces of Mango and Ginger. This produces an exceptional cheese with the Mango adding a fruity flavour and the Ginger adding a mildly warming, spiced overtones.
You can really throw out the rule book with this cheese as it will partner with just about anything, sweet or savoury!

White Stilton with Apricots
Somerdale White Stilton with Apricots combines the finest White Stilton cheese with succulent pieces of Dried Apricot. This produces a mild and fresh flavour, making for an excellent dessert cheese.
This is also a versatile cheese to cook with. Try stuffing chicken breasts or include it in a home-baked cheese scone recipe.
Pairs well with a Zinfandel or light beer.
