Barber’s British Mature Farmhouse Cheddar cheese slices
New for FHA will also be the launch of great tasting Barber’s British Mature Farmhouse Cheddar cheese slices. The Barber family have been making cheddar since 1833, which makes them the oldest surviving cheddar makers in the World! Their cheese is made on Maryland Farm in Ditcheat, Somerset, only 13 miles from the village of Cheddar itself and protected under the PDO certification. Each pack contains 250g of sliced farmhouse cheddar which has been carefully matured for c.12 months to deliver a rounded and rich flavour with a firm yet creamy texture.

Each convenient net bag will contain 6 mini, individually wrapped, 20g sticks of great tasting British cheese – 2 x Mild Cheddar, 2 x Red Leicester and 2 x Mature Cheddar. The mini sticks are idea for children’s lunchboxes and after school snacks, as well as being ideally suited for adults wanting a great tasting snack on-the-go or for airlines and hotels looking for a convenient way of providing customers with a cheeseboard offer.
